Ate at a tuna restaurant. Yes, all they serve is tuna. Tuna sashimi, tuna soup, smoke tuna and a tuna head! They serve the tuna head table side. Chef cuts the head up, takes the eye out, separates the meat. The eyeball is then chopped up and place in a pot with soju, where it melts and you drink it. The eyeball thickens the soju and makes it smoother, its pretty good. Hate to admit it, but too much tuna. haha. Not a bad problem to have.
