Sauna by Tongdosa
So this was the first sauna I have ever been to. It was a nice drive to the countryside to this traditional Korean sauna. When we arrived a bus load of old ladies arrived. You know it's for reals when that happens. You check in, get changed into orange PJ type clothes and then sweat. The rooms are made of stone and mud and heated up using local charcoal. They then take the charcoal out and let people in, apparently it stays warm for a couple days. Each of the rooms are a different temperature, the hottest room I couldn't last more than 30 seconds felt like I was getting roasted.
