I wanna watch this documentary and the No Impact Man documentary. By the way did anyone see The Cove while it was in LA?

Puppies!

Look at the cute puppies! Sold on the sidewalk. I saw her a couple weeks ago but figured it must have been because her dogs must have just had a litter. Nope, here every week? Crazy.

Macaroon

Ah macaroon, from Dallayou! The last time I had these they were in the Paris, right by the Sorbonne. So I was delighted to see them here in Busan. They cost 2000won, about $1.60 each. They tasted...........not good, bad enough that I don't recommend them and will not buy it ever again..(unless it's Dallayou in Paris). The shell had a good texture, bland flavor and the center, aerated and fluffy kinda like a creme. lame! Don't they understand that it is the rich full flavor that makes a macaroon!
There was another pastry place right next to it that had some, but I was too dejected to try, maybe if I'm desperate one of these days I will.

failed shopping

So went shopping for two days trying to find something for the little rugrats. Apparently, no offense to this place but there really isn't anything interesting. Plenty of clothes and stuff for adults but the kid toys are limited. Seems like the preferred items are either Japanese or American brands. I can get that stuff back home and Japanese stuff I'll get in Japan. Gotta ask around for good Korean quality gifts and toys.
Besides that check out the largest department store in the world (guiness record), the indoor skate rink, its got a kids academy and move theatre too.

Gamjatang

I've had Korean BBQ just about once a week or so. My fav thing to eat is Gamjatang. Its pork bone soup. Think its the backbone, its super soft and they have some potatoes in it. Which is my favorite vegetable. haha. Check out the apron they provide, it gets messy.

Squid clip

Here is a clip of live squid and some odd sea creature. I figure my niece and nephews will get a kick out of it. They serve this stuff everywhere.
